proximity to Knott's Berry Farm, effective air conditioning, convenience of small pool towels

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired!!! Stained sheets, only one towel for four people, a clogged bathroom, and broken lights in the second room indicate a need for better maintenance and more attention to guest comfort!!! A power washer for outdoor areas wouldn't hurt either!!!

The location was perfect, just a stroll away from Knott's Berry Farm. We enjoyed the friendly staff who were always there to help us out with tips and recommendations.

However, the bed could have been more comfortable and the box springs creaked quite a bit. It made for a restless night or two, but nothing too unbearable.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The queen room was clean and updated. The location is convenient, just a short drive from the park. The family running the place provided friendly service. I appreciated the quick responses to my inquiries. 😊

i loved staying here as it was just a short stroll to knott's berry farm. There were plenty of great dining options only a few steps away like cups bar and grill and ihop, making my weekend city strolls super convenient and enjoyable. it was also nice to find the overall atmosphere relaxed and the room comfortable for a good night's rest but the bed could be a bit noisy at times.

The room was mostly clean, which was a plus. The bathroom was tidy, but the bed could use better cleaning because it didn’t feel fresh. The mini fridge was handy, and the sheets were nice. Location-wise, you can’t beat it. really close to Knott's! The staff was friendly too, which made things better.

Our one-night stay offered easy access to Knott's Berry Farm, but the room was disappointing. The carpet was dirty and the shower lacked water pressure. Inspect your room quickly after check-in to address any issues. With attention to cleanliness, this place could shine.
